prkvip is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under international gaming licensing standards and accessible at prkvip.com. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, prkvip acts as the Data Controller — meaning we determine the purposes and means by which your personal data is processed.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through the prkvip website, its Progressive Web App (PWA), all associated sub-pages, and any communications between you and our support team. It applies equally to registered Members and to unregistered visitors who browse our Platform.

5 Legal Basis for Processing

Every instance of data processing at prkvip is grounded in one of the following recognised legal bases:

• Contractual necessity — processing required to perform the contract between you and prkvip (i.e., to deliver our gaming and betting Services to you as a registered Member);
• Legal obligation — processing required to comply with laws applicable to prkvip, including KYC/AML obligations, tax reporting, and regulatory licensing requirements;
• Legitimate interests — processing that serves prkvip's legitimate business interests — such as fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement — where those interests are not overridden by your privacy rights;
• Consent — processing for purposes (such as direct marketing communications) for which you have given your free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

6 Sharing Your Data

prkvip does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your data only in the following limited, controlled circumstances:

• Payment processors — JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT TRC20 gateway providers receive only the transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals;
• KYC and identity verification providers — third-party services engaged to verify your CNIC and other identity documents receive only the data required for that specific verification exercise;
• Fraud prevention and sanctions screening services — aggregated risk signals and necessary identity fields are shared with these services solely to protect the platform and its members from financial crime;
• Game software providers — to deliver casino games, limited technical session data may be shared with our licensed game providers; this data does not include your financial or full identity details;
• Legal and regulatory authorities — where required by law, court order, or regulatory instruction, prkvip may disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or gaming authorities. We will, where legally permissible, notify you of any such disclosure;

7 Data Retention

prkvip retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

• Active account data — retained for the duration of your membership and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements;
• KYC and identity documents — retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the end of the business relationship, as required by applicable financial crime regulations;
• Transaction records — retained for five (5) years following the date of the transaction;
• Support and communications data — retained for three (3) years following the closure of a support ticket or complaint, unless longer retention is required for legal proceedings;
• Marketing data — retained until you withdraw consent, at which point we will promptly suppress your details from future marketing sends (though we may retain a record of your consent withdrawal);
• Technical and usage data — retained in aggregated, anonymised form for analytical purposes with no fixed retention limit; identifiable technical data is retained for up to twelve (12) months.

• Role-based access controls — prkvip staff access to Member data is restricted strictly to those with a documented operational need;
• Regular penetration testing conducted by independent security firms to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited;
• Intrusion detection and 24/7 monitoring of all platform infrastructure for anomalous activity;
• Incident response plan — a tested, documented procedure is in place to respond swiftly to any suspected data breach.

9 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

prkvip uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and local storage objects) to operate and improve the Platform. The cookies we use fall into the following categories:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies — essential for the Platform to function. These include session authentication tokens, CSRF protection cookies, and load balancing cookies. You cannot opt out of these cookies as the Platform cannot function without them;
• Functional Cookies — remember your preferences such as language, display settings, and responsible gaming limits so that you do not need to re-enter them on every visit;
• Analytical Cookies — collect aggregated, anonymised data about how Members use the Platform (pages visited, session duration, error events) to help us improve our Services. No individually identifiable information is collected through these cookies;

prkvip does not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. No cookie data from the prkvip Platform is shared with advertising networks or social media platforms.

10 Your Privacy Rights

As a prkvip Member, you hold the following rights in respect of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 14:

We will respond to all valid data rights requests within 30 days of receipt. Complex requests may take up to 60 days; we will notify you if an extension is required. There is no charge for exercising your rights, except in cases of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

11 Minors & Age Policy

Age verification is conducted at registration using date-of-birth confirmation and, where required, documentary evidence such as a valid CNIC. If prkvip discovers — through KYC review, third-party verification, or any other means — that a Member is under 21 years of age, we will:

• Immediately suspend the account and halt all transaction processing;
• Conduct a full review of all activity conducted on the account;
• Delete all personal data associated with the underage account from our active systems, subject to any mandatory legal retention obligations;
• Return any net deposited funds after deducting any bonuses or promotional credits used, in accordance with our underage gambling policy.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has created an account on prkvip, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will prioritise the investigation and closure of that account.

12 International Data Transfers

As an internationally licensed gaming platform, prkvip may transfer your personal data to servers or processors located outside of Pakistan. Where such transfers occur, prkvip ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, which may include:
