If we detect duplicate accounts associated with the same individual — identified by matching personal details, payment methods, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or other indicators — all associated accounts may be suspended, winnings voided, and deposits returned at our discretion.

prkvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. prkvip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as designated by prkvip.
